Selecting Die & Mould Racks

- List the heaviest individual die/mould and its footprint, not only the total shelf load.
- Plan lifting equipment, attachment points and safe extraction access.
- Agree fixed or sliding shelves, extension limits, restraints and anti-tip provisions.
- Confirm load signage, floor/anchor requirements and an approved handling procedure.
Materials, finish and order scope
Agree the steel construction, shelf/deck arrangement, reinforcement, surface treatment, colour and accessories for the use and environment. Required load per level and the heaviest individual item must be reviewed separately.Approval before manufacture: Final dimensions, load ratings, connections, stability, anchors and floor/support conditions require approval for the selected configuration.
